What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site:

  • Enquiry form: your name, email address, preferred dates, number of travellers, and anything you add in the notes.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address.

We do not ask for passport details, payment details or health information on this site. If a trip needs them, your planner asks directly, and only for that booking.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare your proposal.
  • To arrange the trip, once you have accepted a proposal.
  • To send occasional notes on where we are arranging next, only if you signed up. Every email has a way to stop them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. When you book, we pass the details a supplier needs to deliver your booking, such as a hotel, airline or ticketing partner, and nothing more.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email TKTK_PRIVACY_EMAIL and we will respond within TKTK_RESPONSE_TIME.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for Blue Panda staff previewing the site before launch. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so visiting a page does not send your details to anyone else.

If that changes, for example when payments or analytics are added, this section will list each cookie, what it does and how long it lasts, and we will ask before setting any that are not essential.
