About the race
Yas is the race everyone in the U.A.E. wants, which is why it is the one to arrange earliest. The twilight start makes it the best-looking race of the season, the concerts run all weekend, and hotel rates on Yas Island roughly triple. Everything below is easier and cheaper the further ahead you commit.

How does booking actually work?
You tell us roughly when and who is coming. A Blue Panda planner comes back with a proposal: the itinerary, the real price against live flight and hotel rates, and what is and is not included. A deposit secures it from that proposal. Nothing is charged before you have seen the figure.
Do I need a visa?
Entry requirements follow your passport rather than your UAE residency, so we confirm yours before anything is booked, and we prepare and submit the documentation as part of the trip.

Every package here is a starting point rather than a fixed product. Most trips we run end up differing from the page in at least one leg.
