About the race

Baku rewards being close to the action. The circuit runs through the old city walls, which means the grandstands sit inside the town rather than beside a runway, and the difference between a good seat and a poor one is larger here than almost anywhere. Note the 2026 date: for the first time the race runs on the Saturday rather than the Sunday, so book the return accordingly. We will.
